2020 NLA Report
The National Landlord Association has put together an annual report that highlights the current data on the single-family rental market in the U.S. The report provides helpful insights and statistics for landlords and property managers to get the general overview of the rental market in 2020.
It appears that single-family rentals in rural areas are in high demand due to rent prices increasing in some states that haven’t traditionally been attractive for property investors prior to the coronavirus crisis. Overall, the real estate world began to adjust to a new reality and adopt technology to stay afloat. In comparison to other industries, property management has come up with ways to survive through the pandemic relatively fast.
